Group 5 strives to have a high level of corporate governance which guarantees sustainable management in the long term and ensures compliance with the highest management standards. We ensure the responsible, value-driven management and control of Group 5 through our system of corporate governance, which provides the framework for attaining our objectives. This framework refers to the system by which Group 5 is directed and controlled. It encompasses practically every sphere of our management system, from action plans, to internal controls, to performance measurement.
Our governance structure specifies the distribution of rights and responsibilities among our management, our Board of Directors, our shareholders and other stakeholders. In addition, it specifies the distribution of responsibilities among the main concerned parties in the organization, including directors and managers, spelling out the rules and procedures for making decisions on Group 5’s affairs. This aims to create a streamlined process of decision-making that serves our values and our business.
